Who you are buying from
Tickets are sold by [Trading name], [address], contactable at [contact email]. Your contract is with us.
Price
The price shown is the price you pay. There is no booking fee and no charge added at checkout.
Changing your mind
Tickets for an event on a specific date are not covered by the usual 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. Once bought, a ticket is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or moved — see below.
If we cancel
If we cancel the event you will be refunded in full, to the card you paid with, and we will email you to tell you. We aim to do this within [14 days].
If we change the event
If we move the event to a different date or venue, or the advertised headline act does not appear, you may either keep your ticket for the revised event or ask for a full refund. Line-ups can change for reasons outside our control; a supporting act changing is not on its own grounds for a refund.
Getting in
- Entry is subject to the venue's conditions and to our age policy, shown on the event page.
- Bring photo ID if the event is age-restricted.
- Each ticket admits one person once. The first scan is the one that gets in.
- We may refuse entry, or ask you to leave, in line with the venue's policies. No refund is due where this is reasonable.
- Late arrival does not entitle you to a refund.
Your ticket
Your ticket is the code we email you. Do not post it publicly or send it to anyone else — whoever presents it first will be admitted, and we cannot give you another one.
Tickets are for personal use. They may not be resold for profit or used for competitions or promotions without our written permission.

We handle your details as set out in our privacy notice.
